MartinRiley is licensed for architecture and engineering in 33 states and 1 Canadian province. If you don't see your state yet, don't worry, our professionals are certified by NCARB (architecture) or MLE Status in the NCEES Records Program (engineering) so obtaining reciprocal licenses is a breeze.

Vic was relentless in understanding clients' needs, making every encounter entertaining by blending professionalism, passion, and comedy. John's expertise in combing design value with the durability of the building envelope provided reassurance to clients, and beneath his serious demeanor and mustache is a warm heart, especially for his grandkids.
From their initial meeting, Vic's local roots, exceptional design flair, and infectious laughter, combined with John's high standards in engineering and technical details, set them apart. Their leadership has been inspirational, embodying the firm's mission and philosophy.
Since 1986, their combined skills have driven the firm's growth and expansion, offering comprehensive architectural and engineering services. Despite changes in people, designs, materials, and technology, our commitment to intentional design remains steadfast, attracting and retaining clients.
