This building had a slate roof. The tear-off went to the deck with a synthetic underlayment installed and new synthetic slate. This building also had several flat roofs that were replaced with 2-ply MBR roofing systems. The gutters were built-in and to accommodate the era of original design, copper was chosen for the design with an overhaul of downspouts as well. Synthetic slate was chosen to keep the original look, but with a more cost efficient budget.
