Randolph County Courthouse

MartinRiley was called upon to perform a comprehensive Space Analysis and Needs Assessment of the Randolph County Courthouse in Winchester, Indiana. This study provided an in-depth look at existing building conditions and building systems, as well as analyzed current space usage and needs for projected growth. Taking all of the collected data into account, MartinRiley was able to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and developed multiple renovation options (along with pricing) to the Board of Commissioners. In the end, the ideal solution proposed included:
Historically sensitive building addition
Addition/restoration of clock tower that had been removed years ago
Security and Accessibility Upgrades
Repairs and stabilization of historic masonry / sandstone
New windows
Roof replacement
Renovated / updated interiors
Upgraded mechanical and electrical systems
