MartinRiley has been the ProFed architect for seven bank projects. These include both new design and construction and renovations of existing branches.
One of the primary responsibilities throughout the multi-facility projects was to develop continuity in design between offices and creating a readily recognizable identify for the growing financial institution.
Continuity was achieved through the use of exterior finishes, a consistent emphasis on the main entrance and interiors that are open with exposed framing. Interior colors and furnishing were held consistent from one office to another
All of these project are based upon cost effective construction methods and have involved a close working relationship between the owner and the designer to produce tight schedules and even tighter budgets—combined project budget was $1.5 million.
