PROFILE

Ron has been with the firm as a Project Manager and Project Architect for 18 years. For the last five years, he has served as a Principal and Corporate President. His interest in historic structures, historic materials and the built environment has resulted in him working on many income based/tax credit financed projects. Through his work as MartinRiley’s Preservation Architect, Ron has developed his expertise in the preservation community and has endeared himself to both local and state preservation officials. Ron is adept at processing information to satisfy documentation and reporting requirements to local, state and federal agencies, grantors and taxing entities. Ron knows how to lead clients through each phase of the project, seeing it through to completion, being constantly aware of budgets, schedules and outcomes.
